Weather & Refund policy:We ask that you have alternative plans in case of inclement weather. If the weather looks bad,we'll contact you the morning of your event. Please keep in mind that inflatables cannot be operated in rain or high winds.Our weather policy is that if it is raining, lightning, or strong winds, we have the right to cancel delivery. If during the rental period if it is raining, lightning, or strong winds, we have the right to pick up the equipment and no refund will be given. We will inform you of this policy over the phone, in person, and/or in writing if there is a chance of bad weather in the forecast. If the initial reservation is canceled, the deposit will be applied towards the next scheduled rental. The next scheduled rental will be required to be paid in full in advance. If the rescheduled rental is canceled, there will be ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS GIVEN and no credits applied toward any future rentals.
